Jeffrey Stout is a locally known Chef and restauranteur in the South Bay. Having earned a Michelin Star in a previous role as Chef many years ago, Stout continues to strive for that coveted recognition amongst the two restaurants - Orchard City Kitchen and Be.Steak.A. OCK since opening has been honored with a Michelin Bib Gourmand and most recently Be.Steak.A received a place in the guide as a recognized restaurant.
A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Chef Stout climbed his way from a young cook in many acclaimed bay area restaurants towards eventually opening his own. Mr. Stout, is easily recognized by his stature, shiny head and his signature overalls making his way around The Pruneyard shopping center. In his time away from the restaurants, he and his family, enjoy traveling, camping and exploring the Western States and finding tasty treats wherever life takes them.
